The 5 Predictions Of Nostradamus For The Year 2023

When the end of the year approaches, we generally all feel the same desire: to know what the new year has in store for us! If there is anyone who did not have the same feeling, it is obviously Nostradamus. 

Recognized for his prophecies, the latter has already predicted what will happen in 2023. And here are his conclusions.

Between admirers and detractors, Nostradamus leaves no one indifferent. Even centuries after his death, his prophecies continue to fuel conversations. 

And although these are written in verse, called quatrains, they do not refer to specific years and can be difficult to interpret.

However, certain clues may show that certain events could occur in the near future. Here is what he predicted for 2023.

Who has never heard of Nostradamus? This character who was at the same time doctor, apothecary, and astrologer turned the world upside down with his work “The Prophecies”.

In the latter,  he predicts centuries in advance, all the changes and upheavals that the whole world is experiencing.

1. The Third World War

It's a word that comes up quite often when two nations oppose each other or have a dispute. Indeed, it is not uncommon to regularly hear the word “war” in this kind of situation.

According to Nostradamus,  a third world war could break out in 2023 and should last seven months.

In any case, this is what he affirmed in his writings: “Seven months of Great War, people died of evildoing”. Moreover, this war will not be without consequences.

If the prophecies of Nostradamus come true and there is a full-scale nuclear war between the United States and Russia, then the average surface temperature of the planet will drop by 16 degrees Celsius, which is three times the temperature difference between now and the previous ice age, and 5 billion people will perish as a result.

In the event of a nuclear conflict between India and Pakistan, the world's food production would drop by fifty percent, leading to the deaths of two billion people due to starvation.

It is emphasized in quatrain #2-89 that the United States and Russia will once again be “friends” in one day. And there is no nation that can withstand their combined strength.

However, if quatrains #4-95 and #5-78 are to be believed, the friendship won't last for very long.

The renunciation of friendship between these two countries could have repercussions for a great number of upcoming events on a global scale if this prediction turns out to be accurate.

 

 

2. The First Steps on the Planet Mars

If the vision of man setting out to conquer the planet Mars was still only a distant memory. This could change, during this new year 2023. According to Nostradamus,  man will finally succeed in setting his feet on the famous red planet.

It is not for nothing that his texts refer to a “light on Mars which falls”. 

Indeed, and taking this sentence into consideration, Nostradamus suggests that once this planet will be colonized by man, a great discovery will make it possible to achieve scientific advances, unimaginable until then.

 

 

3. The Emergence of a New Economic Crisis

It's no secret that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating effect on the whole world, from a health and economic point of view.

And now, for 2023, Nostradamus in turn announces the appearance of a new global crisis, although it is only economic this time.

The collapse of the economy will be, according to him, one of the consequences of the world conflict which is supposed to break out during this same year. 

Also according to Nostradamus, money will no longer have any value in the eyes of people, because it will be of no use to them at this stage of the situation.

 

4. The Worsening Climate Crisis

The climate crisis is always a topical subject that does not fail to concern us, as climate change seems increasingly unusual. And it is not Nostradamus who will say the opposite.

Indeed and according to him, this year would be the scene of several natural disasters of all kinds, in particular, because of global warming.

 

 

5. The Arrival of a New Pope

Among Nostradamus' most disturbing predictions is the death of  Pope Francis. To succeed him,  a new pope will be appointed.

The latter, younger, will be at the origin of a huge scandal that will shake the church until 2029.

A situation that finds its origin in one of the writings of the astrologer:

“In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will be Peter the Roman, who will feed his flock in the midst of many tribulations, after which the city of seven hills will be destroyed and the terrible judge will judge the people”.

The Destruction of a Large Empire

The French seer made the prediction that there is a possibility of a large empire being destroyed (perhaps, Russia or China).

In addition, there is a significant chance that a global catastrophe will occur, which will result in a significant increase in the number of victims and patients.

In the context of warfare, the year 2023 is likely to see conflicts taking place both on land and on water.

“Quite another one will attain to the great Empire, Kindness distant more so happiness: Ruled by one sprung not far from the brothel, Realms to decay great bad luck.”

 

Vladimir Putin Will Be Assassinated, and Biden Will Suffer from a Mysterious Disease

Both Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, and Joe Biden, the president of the United States, are destined to have a very turbulent year, as Nostradamus has predicted.

An attempt will be made on the life of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, by members of his personal security.

If the prophecy is realized, someone very close to Vladimir Putin will turn against him and betray him.

The prophet foretold that Joe Biden will fall victim to an unidentified illness and that a member of the first family of the United States will be killed in a car crash.

Both of these events are foretold to take place in the near future.

Nostradamus predicts that in the year 2023, the nations of Europe will be forced to face the prospect of depopulation, which is generally regarded as the ultimate consequence of the use of chemical weapons in addition to other conflicts related to nuclear technology.

The funeral of the Queen and the coronation of her successor will both be observed as national holidays, and the financial institutions and stock markets will be closed.
